These Terms govern purchases from our online store and use of the website. Contact us at the support email above or through our contact form. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
2. Eligibility and product information
You must be at least 18, or have the legal capacity required where you live, to place an order. Femme Iron+ Strips are intended for adults. Follow the product label, serving directions and warnings. Check the ingredient list before use.
Website content is general product information and does not replace individual medical advice. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Do not use website information to change prescribed treatment without your clinician.
3. Orders and payment
Review your selected product, quantity, purchase type, total and delivery details before placing an order. Provide accurate contact and shipping information. The currency, product total, any shipping charges and applicable tax are displayed at checkout.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. If stock, a payment problem or a material listing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will refund payments for products we cannot supply. A change to the agreed price or supply requires your agreement where required by law.
4. Subscriptions
Only choose Subscribe & save if you want automatic recurring deliveries. Each recurring charge covers the entire supply selected, plus any applicable shipping and tax. 1 tin renews every 30 days, 3 tins every 90 days and 6 tins every 180 days, until canceled. Per tin and per day amounts are comparisons, not installment charges.
Before completing a subscription order, review its total, frequency and recurring payment authorization. Use the secure management link in your confirmation email to manage available options or contact us to cancel. Cancel before the next charge is processed to stop it. 5. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies describe shipment estimates, delivery issues and returns. Those policies form part of the information for your purchase. We remain responsible for the remedies required by applicable law. Contact us promptly if an order is incorrect, damaged or missing.
A request to change or cancel a processed order is subject to its fulfillment status. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund an existing order.
6. Website use
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code or misuse another person's details. Website text, branding, images and design remain the property of their respective owners; personal browsing does not grant a right to copy them for commercial use.
7. Privacy and third party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify powers the store, and subscription services support recurring order management. External links may have their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Responsibility and mandatory rights
We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted or that a supplement will produce a particular result. This does not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, unsafe products or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and does not restrict mandatory consumer remedies.

Contact us with your order details so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing here requires binding arbitration or prevents you from exercising mandatory rights in an available court or contacting a regulator.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future purchases and will show the effective date. An update does not automatically change the terms of an existing order. For changes to a continuing subscription, we will provide any notice and obtain any consent required by law before the change takes effect.
