Your supply sets your delivery interval

The total shown at checkout is charged for the entire supply in each delivery, plus any applicable shipping and tax. A price shown per tin or per day is a comparison, not a monthly installment payment.
Subscribe & save renews automatically until canceled. One time purchase does not create a subscription. Your order confirmation records the option you selected.
Manage or cancel your subscription
- Open the subscription confirmation email sent after your subscription order.
- Follow its secure subscription management link to view your next order and the available controls.
- Use the available option to skip, pause, update or cancel. Check the confirmation and your next scheduled charge after saving.
Make changes before the next charge is processed to prevent that charge. If an order has already been charged, contact us so we can check its status. Canceling future renewals does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.
Cannot find the email or the option you need?
Check your spam folder, then contact LUVOZE using the email address you used at checkout. Include your order number and clearly state the change you want. To cancel, write Cancel my subscription in your message. You do not need to give a reason for canceling. We can help if the secure link or an available control does not work.
Changing your supply or payment details
Review the available settings through your secure management link. Contact us if you want to switch between supplies and that option is unavailable. Review the resulting delivery amount and interval before confirming a change. A failed payment is not the same as a cancellation.
