How do I take Femme Iron+ Strips?
Place one strip on your tongue and let it fully dissolve before swallowing. Take a maximum of one strip per day and follow the directions on your packaging.
What is in one daily strip?
19 mg iron as ferric saccharate and 400 mcg folate. The strips are raspberry flavored. Each tin contains 30 individually wrapped strips. Read the full ingredient list and Supplement Facts on the product page and your packaging.
Is extra iron right for everyone?
No. Iron needs vary, and too much iron can be harmful. Symptoms such as tiredness can have many causes. Ask a healthcare professional whether testing or supplementation is appropriate for you.
Can I use these during pregnancy or with medication?

When will I notice a difference?
There is no guaranteed timeline. Your starting iron levels and the reason you are taking iron matter. LUVOZE does not promise a specific change in energy or ferritin. If you have a confirmed deficiency, agree on treatment and follow up with your clinician.

How often will my subscription renew?
