Automatic recurring orders
A subscription is created only when you select Subscribe & save and complete the recurring purchase authorization at checkout. Orders renew automatically until canceled. A one time purchase does not renew.
Supply, interval and total
1 tin renews every 30 days; 3 tins every 90 days; 6 tins every 180 days. These are day intervals rather than guaranteed calendar month or arrival dates. Each renewal charges for the entire selected supply, plus any applicable shipping and tax. Prices shown per tin or per day are comparisons, not monthly installment charges.
The subscription price, discount, amount due and frequency shown when you place the order form the starting terms of your subscription. Your confirmation records those terms. Shipping and tax are calculated as disclosed for your delivery.
Your recurring payment authorization
By completing a subscription checkout, you authorize recurring charges for the disclosed deliveries using the payment method provided, until you cancel. We will provide any notices required by applicable law. Your consent to marketing messages is separate from authorization of recurring orders.
Manage, skip, pause or cancel
Use the secure subscription management link in your confirmation email to view your subscription and its available controls. If an option is unavailable, the link is missing or you need help, contact us through the support email below or our contact form. To cancel, clearly state that you want to cancel your subscription. No reason is required.
You can request cancellation at any time. Cancel before the next charge is processed to prevent that renewal. We will confirm cancellation and the effect on future deliveries. Canceling future renewals does not automatically cancel a charged or fulfilled order. Contact us to check any existing order; applicable refund and consumer rights still apply.
Changes and failed payments
Review any revised supply, total and frequency before confirming a change. A failed payment does not itself cancel a subscription. We will give any notice and obtain any consent required before changing material subscription terms. You may cancel future renewals before a change takes effect, subject to your applicable rights.
